The serene simplicity of this beautiful private residence on Tinos island in the Aegean Sea was created by Zege Architects in collaboration with interior designer Marilyn Katsaris, who actually owns the house. Originally, there were two separate houses connected by a a picturesque veranda.

Katharine Hepburn’s Former Estate

The Connecticut estate was in the Hepburn family from 1913 on. Academy Award-winning actress lived there until her death in 2003 at age 96. The home was remodeled by the new owners since then. They listed the estate for $28 M.
