Heavenly Home of the Prince of Darkness in LA

Ozzy Osbourne residence, celebrity homes

The LA-based interior designer Martyn Lawrence-Bullard created a refined and comfortable home for the Osborns, set in a gated community called Hidden Hills, where he combined French antiques and wood floors with painted-silk wall coverings and Victorian-era barn doors.

The living room is the centerpiece of the home, where Ozzy likes to sit and paint, showcases Sharon’s antique Italian puppets and dolls.

The sliding barn doors lead to the kitchen.
The dining room with the Directoire-style fireplace and the 19th-century French chandelier.

Lawrence-Bullard says: “Can you believe the Prince of Darkness sleeps in a mirrored four-poster bed, with lilac painted-silk walls and satin curtains?” The master bedroom offers beautiful views of the hills rolling to the coastline.

The master bedroom also includes a Marie Antoinette chaise upholstered in a de Gournay silk velvet.

The desk in Sharon’s home office displays the 2002 Emmy for their show, The Osbournes, and  Ozzy’s 1994 Grammy.

On the walls are framed Cecil Beaton fashion photos. Ozzy’s own office is done up like a men’s club with a fireplace.

A staircase lined with Ozzy’s framed gold and platinum albums leads to a state-of-the-art recording and rehearsal studio with Paloma Picasso lipstick–red walls.
