A historical home in the city of Philadelphia hit the market. The Bouvier Mansion was the residence of Michael Bouvier, great-great-grandfather of Jacquilene Bouvier Kennedy. He was a cabinetmaker and left France after the Napoleon’s defeat in 1815. Michael Bouvier owned a cabinet and furniture shop in Philadelphia and later engaged in in real estate speculation.

The Italianate style home was built in 1850 and was renovated in 2009 in a sleek contemporary style. The 6-bedroom home has 8,000 square feet of living space and now sells for $3.199 million.
